Senior Executive HR

As an HR professional at this company based in Kolkata, you will be responsible for handling various HR functions independently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT) - Overseeing and managing various HR operations - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement - Addressing employee grievances effectively - Implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy - Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - PG / MBA in HR (Full time MBA) with at least 5-6 years of relevant experience - Excellent people management skills - Target-oriented, dynamic, positive, and proactive attitude - Excellent English proficiency, including communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Sound understanding and exposure to Compliance and labor Laws For any inquiries or to apply for this position, please contact jobs@vfscapital.in.,
