Job Description

As a graduate with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in Training, with a preference for NBFC/MFI experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall training and development function at a Pan India level. Your role will require excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Extensive travel across locations throughout India will be necessary. You should demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, lead the entire training team, possess excellent leadership skills, and be an expert in various Learning & Development tools and technologies.
