· Process monthly payroll using greythr
· Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development programs.
· Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and compliance issues.
· Collaborate with leadership to foster a productive organizational culture.
· Support change management initiatives and organizational design.
· Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
· Qualifications
· Proven experience in human resources or related fields.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
· Professional HR certification is a plus.
