Job Description

Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist with 3–4 years of expertise in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry to join our team. The candidate will play a critical role in managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for our India-based team, supporting the broader objectives of our USA-based healthcare staffing and recruitment company. Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. • Compliance & Policies: • Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations applicable in Usa. • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards. • Employee Relations: • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives. • Performance Management: • Implement performance evaluation systems and support managers in conducting reviews. • Identify training needs and create development programs for employees. • HR Operations & Reporting: • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance sheets, and HR metrics. • Provide reports on workforce trends to senior management for decision-making. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–4 years of HR experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and data analysis tools. Preferred Skills: • Strong recruitment skills for specialized medical roles. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Additional Requirements: •Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, CHRP) are a plus. •Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience in internal hiring for staffing and recruiting companies. •Work Schedule: USA Eastern Standard Time (EST). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Onboarding & Employee Engagement: •Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they integrate smoothly into company culture and processes. •Maintain employee engagement strategies to improve retention and job satisfaction. •Act as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication. •HR Policies & Compliance: •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals. •Maintain compliance with labor laws and industry best practices. •Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information, contracts, and payroll data. •Performance Management & Training: •Implement performance review processes to evaluate employee success. •Coordinate professional development and training programs for employees. •Support leadership in succession planning and talent development. Required Qualifications & Experience: •Education: •Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, CHRP) are a plus. •Experience: •2-5 years of experience in hiring for internal teams in a staffing or recruiting company. •Experience in hiring for U.S.-based processes is highly preferred. •Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HRIS. •Skills: •Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). •Ability to recruit and hire for leadership and operational roles in a staffing company. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and applicant tracking systems. •Ability to work in USA EST time zone and manage hiring remotely. Salary Range: 3.6 Lakh 4.20 Lakh per annum Work Schedule: Full-time | USA Eastern Standard Time (EST) Additional Benefits: •Initially remote, transitioning to on-site in Hyderabad after a few months. •Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. •Career growth opportunities in HR leadership roles.
