HR Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Specialist to manage and enhance our HR operations and employee experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions, focusing on recruitment, engagement, and process improvement in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, birthday celebrations, and recognition programs.
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and monthly payroll coordination.
• Drive performance management and support learning and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain organized HR records and confidential employee data.
• Support hybrid work policies and contribute to culture-building efforts.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing HR tools and systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a startup or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and engagement.
• Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, Calendar) and HR management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
