Job Description

We are hiring for HR Recruiter - Non IT Hiring/ ITES Hiring/ Volume Hiring/ Lateral Hiring/ Fresher

Sadashivanagar, Bangalore

Experience - 0 - 2Years

CTC - up to 2.5LPA

NP - Immediate joiners

Shift - General Shift(9.30Am - 6.30Pm)

Work from office - 5.5days of work

Role & responsibilities

Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), referencing.
Initial screening and short listing of candidate as per job description and job specification.
Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, salary, etc.
Scheduling the candidates as per their availability for an interview.
Maintaining of database.
Salary negotiation with Candidates. Convince the candidate to join in a particular timeline to fulfill the Position.
Coordinating with the candidates till the offer is rolled out.
Understanding the clients requirements with respect to the candidates profile, job description and shortlist the right candidates.
Maintaining systematic database of all candidates.
Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager.
Daily connect with client to understand the active demands to be support.
Any Fresher with Good Communication
