Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment professional to join our team. This role is designed for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in human resources and recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing and hiring top talent while gaining valuable insights into the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and act as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment initiatives to attract fresh talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
