Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in job description creation.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as necessary.
Participate in employer branding activities to attract potential candidates.

Skills and Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various online job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
