Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates suitability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of each position.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract top talent.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
