Stipend:- Performance Based Duration: 6 monthResponsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various online platforms and databases to identify potential candidates.Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Coordination and Communication:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.Database Management:Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.Input and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).Job Postings:

Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.Research and Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices.Provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.Familiarity with HR and recruitment processes is a plus.Benefits:Gain hands-on experience in the field of HR and recruitment.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.Flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments.Pre-Placement Offer after INTERNSHIP.How to Apply:
