Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at NoBroker.com located in Bengaluru. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process efficiently. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, assisting in onboarding processes, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and sourcing candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Help develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Support employer branding initiatives and job fairs

Qualifications

• Recruitment & Selection, Interviewing, and Candidate Assessment skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws
• Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Masterss degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
