About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Recruiter to join our growing EdTech organization. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across various departments — including Sales, Academic Counseling, Operations, Marketing, and Tech. As an HR Recruiter in the EdTech space, you’ll play a critical role in building a strong, mission-driven team that’s shaping the future of learning. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities across departments. Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms — Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, social media, and internal referrals. Build a robust talent pipeline for recurring roles (Sales Counselors, Team Leaders, Academic Mentors, etc.). Screening & Selection: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview rounds and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support hiring managers in selection decisions and offer negotiations. Onboarding & Employer Branding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition. Support initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand in the competitive EdTech talent market. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the HR systems. Process Excellence: Continuously analyze and improve recruitment strategies for faster and more efficient hiring. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in EdTech recruitment. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience .(Freshers can apply ) Strong understanding of sales and counseling profiles common in the EdTech sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
