Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram.

The Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Identifying and attracting top talent, managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment software
• Ability to assess and match candidates to roles effectively
• Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or marketing industry is a plus
