Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Bulk & End-to-End Recruitment: Execute recruitment drives for various positions, ensuring time-to-hire targets are met. - Targeted Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels to build a robust pipeline, with a focus on bulk and blue-collar hiring. - Recruitment Strategy & Consulting: Optimize sourcing methods, screening processes, and hiring efficiencies based on your experience. - Candidate Screening & Vetting: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews. - Process Efficiency: Streamline interview coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Seamless Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding of new employees in a high-volume environment. - Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand towards candidates in bulk and blue-collar segments to enhance talent attraction. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in high-volume hiring, ideally in a recruitment consultancy or corporate role with blue-collar hiring exposure. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
