Job Summary:

Voice Process Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates for voice process positions using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in voice process or volume hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for BPO, sales, or customer service roles.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
