Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This position is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
Manage the job posting and application tracking process
Maintain and update the candidate database
Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
