The role involves bulk hiring, coordination with sales managers, and ensuring quick joining. Key Responsibilities Recruit Telecalling / Telesales Executives for Life Insurance products Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), walk-ins, referrals & social media Conduct telephonic screening and shortlisting Coordinate interviews with Sales Managers / Team Leaders Close positions within target timelines Manage joining formalities and basic onboarding Maintain daily MIS & recruitment tracker Focus on quality hiring to reduce attrition Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Any discipline (HR preferred) Experience in BFSI / Insurance / BPO recruitment is an advantage Strong communication & coordination skills Ability to handle bulk & target-based hiring Basic knowledge of Excel & recruitment portals Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in Life Insurance / Telecalling recruitment Immediate joiners preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
