Purpose of the Role

• To lead a smooth, student-centered admissions process that supports enrollment goals and reflects ISP's values of care, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers)
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes

Operations:

• Maintain and update HR records and documentation
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems
• Assist with compliance checks, background verifications, and safeguarding documentation
• Coordinate employee life cycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campuses

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
• Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and recruitment platforms
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in education or service sectors
