Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and hiring needs
Source candidates via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Build and maintain a strong resume database
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist profiles
Conduct initial interviews and validate candidates on key parameters
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and agreements
Manage joining formalities and HRIS documentation

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel)
Effective negotiation and time management skills
