Training Performance Reporting (TMSi Reporting 2.0) - Training TMDs for different training formats vs individual targets. - Training Feedback with action tracking by trainer on negative feedback. - Trainer Speech days vs target. - Focus Topic Tracking performance with timelines. Training Planning and Coordination – Timely communication of training calendar to retail network is must for timely training planning. Current agreement is announcing training calendar with tentative dates of training for N+3 months onwards and quarterly calendar with fixed dates revised 45 days before start of quarter. Role will be responsible for monitoring timely receipt of communication from trainer and announcing to dealers and in case of any gaps in timelines involving training management to ensure no gaps in committed timelines.
