Are you an experienced content development professional passionate about learning solutions? We’re looking for a Content Developer – Solutions Team with 1+ years of experience in L&D, content operations, and project leadership.
Lead customized learning solution delivery across various formats: classroom, virtual, eLearning, video, animations, podcasts, and more
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute high-impact projects
Design learning curriculums and drive content innovation
Oversee team productivity and ensure top-quality output
Evaluate ROI of learning programs and drive continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of authoring tools: Axonify, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.
Multimedia design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
Excellent writing and communication skills—writers-at-heart welcome!
