We are looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage quick turnaround hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate communication. • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment (BPO/Healthcare/Non-IT preferred).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes. Work Details: Work Mode: Work from Office
• Shift: 2:00 Pm to 11 PM
• Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
• Transport: 2-way cab provided
• Location: Eco space, Bellandur, Bangalore
