HR Recruiter

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Write and update job descriptions based on department requirements.
• Source candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, etc.).
• Conduct initial candidate screenings (telephonic or virtual) to assess suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations and finalize hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.

2. Candidate Experience

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates regarding application status.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.

3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective job specifications.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to forecast future hiring needs.

4. Employer Branding

• Promote the company’s culture and values through recruitment marketing.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of recruitment activities.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and diversity standards.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

6. Onboarding Support

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in preparing offer letters, joining kits, and induction schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
