Position: HR Recruiter Location: Indore (Work from Office) Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift) Working Days: 5.5 Days/Week Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Freshers with excellent communication can apply) Preferred Candidate: Male Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding. Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed. Coordinate with department heads to close open positions efficiently. Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases & HR documentation. Build strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using job portals & LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational & coordination abilities.
