Job Title: HR Recruiter

Profile Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with 8 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures and quality hires. Candidates with a Master’s, Graduation, or MBA in HR are encouraged to apply.

You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Support, Digital Marketing, Writing, and Administrative roles.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT and IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Gather hiring requirements from department heads and prepare clear, detailed job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine), referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct bulk hiring and walk-in drives for high-volume recruitment needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and report on hiring progress and performance metrics.
  • Build a talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and organizational compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s / Graduation / MBA in HR or related field ( Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 8 months to 1 year in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate screening techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals, hiring tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
