Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter cum HR Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our team supporting Australian clients. The role involves coordinating with onshore managers, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for Australian projects.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support onboarding, offer letters, and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate between Indian and Australian teams for HR and recruitment updates.
  • Assist with payroll input and monthly HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration (BPO preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Flexibility to align with Australian working hours when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
