Interview Coordination
: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Candidate Counselling
: Provide career guidance and role-related information to applicants.
Job Posting
: Create and manage job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively.
Experience with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and proactive in handling recruitment activities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple job openings.
