Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source potential candidates. - Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates. - Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and team introductions. - Handle administrative tasks like maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and preparing reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. - Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
