Roles and Responsibilities: Manage multiple project schedules at different phases of testing, and ability to prioritize. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web applications. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the Citrix DaaS and VDI environment, including Cloud Connectors, StoreFront, DaaS Cloud, Licensing, and Provisioning Services. Deploy, update, and stream Citrix applications using Numecent Cloudpaging virtualization technologies. Optimize the performance, availability, and security of Citrix systems and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix connectivity, authentication, policies, profiles, printing, and end user experience. Document Citrix processes, procedures, and best practices.
