Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team handling end-to-end US healthcare RCM processes including:

Patient registration
Eligibility & benefits verification
Charge entry
Claims submission
Payment posting
Denial management
AR follow-up and resolution

Drive daily operational performance and ensure SLA adherence across all metrics (TAT, quality, productivity).
Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance appraisals.
Act as the point of escalation for client issues and work cross-functionally to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce denials.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer-specific guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols.
Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (end-to-end).
Must be currently working as a Senior Team Lead or Acting Assistant Manager in a reputed healthcare BPO/KPO.
Proven experience in team management, client communication, and process improvement.
Strong understanding of US healthcare terminology, payer systems, and revenue cycle workflow.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
