Job Title: Inside Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Documentation

  • Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations as per customer requirements.
  • Process sales orders, generate invoices, and follow up on pending payments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, purchase history, and contact details for seamless operations.
  • Handle data entry, documentation and proper filing of all sales-related documents.

2. Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely updates on orders.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with clients to enhance satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to sales, delivery, or order status in a professional manner.

3. Coordination & Logistics Support

  • Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the sales team about product availability.
  • Track shipments, update clients, and manage delivery-related concerns.
  • Work closely with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of pending materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or similar administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
