We are now looking to onboard a proactive and communicative Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations and ensure seamless customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and calls with professionalism and clarity
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Service departments
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
• Maintain CRM and customer databases, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
• Support the sales team in lead generation, client communication, and order tracking
• Liaise between customers and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Customer Support
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Industry Background: Experience in Equipment Manufacturing or SPMs is highly desirable
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Coordination Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence
