Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Set up and calibrate industrial spray painting and
dispensing systems at customer sites.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and
electrical faults in equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal
equipment performance.
AMC Execution:
o Manage and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for key clients.
o Plan service visits, maintain service logs, and ensure contractual obligations
are met.
o Build long-term relationships through proactive support and reliability.
Customer Training: Educate client teams on equipment usage, safety, and upkeep.
Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, feedback logs, and escalation
records.
Coordination: Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to address customer
needs and support product improvements
