Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals Create original, engaging content and visuals for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Manage daily posting schedules and monitor performance metrics Lead content ideation and campaign planning with internal teams Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and best practices Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency A creative mindset with strong initiative and leadership qualities Proven expertise in content creation, post design, and media planning Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,380.46 - ₹35,653.40 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
