Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with experience in the Infrastructure / Construction / Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring that hiring needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates using various methods including job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage feedback loop
• Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring progress using internal tools
• Draft and post job descriptions based on project and departmental requirements
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating documentation, joining formalities, and induction sessions
• Maintain recruitment-related data and prepare regular reports
• Assist in employer branding efforts at job fairs and college hiring events
• Stay updated on hiring trends in the infrastructure and construction sectors
Key Requirements
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in infrastructure / construction / engineering companies
• Familiarity with job roles in civil, mechanical, electrical, and site operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and recruitment software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Preferred Skills
• Experience in bulk and project-based hiring
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to recruitment
• Exposure to technical hiring (Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, etc.)
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
