Personal Assistant

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and efficient Personal Assistant to provide personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Marathi and English, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Communicate effectively in Marathi and English – written and verbal. Handle phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the executive. Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Assist in managing travel plans, hotel bookings, and itineraries. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors. Maintain files, records, and confidential information with accuracy. Perform personal errands and follow-ups as instructed. Translate or interpret documents and conversations when necessary. Support in organizing meetings, events, or site visits. Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication in Marathi and English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented. Qualifications & Experience:Minimum Graduation in any stream. At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role. Prior experience supporting senior executives is preferred. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
