Job Title:

Job Summary:

Structural Engineer (MS Structure)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze
MS structural systems
including columns, beams, trusses, gantries, and connections.
Prepare and review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct structural stability checks, load calculations, and material optimization.
Use software tools like
STAAD.Pro
,
AutoCAD
,
Revit
, and
Tekla
for design and modeling.
Supervise and inspect fabrication and erection works at the site to ensure adherence to approved designs.
Review contractor/vendor submissions for compliance with design intent and specifications.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical reports.
Ensure all work complies with
IS codes
,
BIS
, and relevant international standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in
Civil Engineering
or
Structural Engineering
(Master’s preferred).
Minimum
3–7 years
of experience in
MS structural design and execution
.
Proficient in structural analysis tools such as
STAAD.Pro
,
ETABS
, and drafting software.
Strong understanding of steel grades, fabrication standards, welding, and bolted connections.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in
industrial sheds

warehouses
,
commercial structures
, or
infrastructure steel works
.
Familiarity with
fabrication shop processes
, quality standards, and
erection methodology
.
Experience in preparing
design calculations
