Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in human resources.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and determine candidate profiles.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status to stakeholders.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
