HR Recruiter

We are hiring HR Recruiters to join our team at Next Astra 22 Innovations Pvt. Ltd. The role involves handling the end-to-end recruitment process starting from job analysis, sourcing, screening, and interviews to final onboarding. The recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, updating and managing data/ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and ensuring smooth coordination with clients for successful closures. Key Responsibilities- Conduct job analysis and understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers & Candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with Hiring Manager to ensure timely closure of positions. Work on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for updating candidate information and recruitment status. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Requirements- MBA in Human Resource Management or any related internship experience in HR Recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with HR tools/ATS. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
