We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Use various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals) to source and attract candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 + years of experience in recruitment (IT / Non-IT or both).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
