Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal and client positions across various domains such as Accounting, Marketing, Design, IT, and Business Operations.
• We are looking for candidates with similar exposure and experience in handling multiple domain requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds with hiring managers or clients.
• Ensure timely closures within defined TAT while maintaining quality of hires.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Exposure to hiring for domains such as Accounting, Marketing, Design, IT, and Business Operations is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to source quality candidates for multiple roles.
• Experience in hiring for international clients (UK/US) will be an added advantage.
• Must be immediate joiner or with short notice period.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
