Job Title: Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary) Shifts: Fixed or Rotational (Day) Experience: 1 to 10 years Job Summary: We are looking for compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, assisting physicians, and ensuring the well-being of patients in various healthcare settings such as general wards, ICUs, OPDs, and emergency rooms. Key Responsibilities: ü Provide direct patient care and attend to patient needs. ü Administer prescribed medications and injections. ü Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history. ü Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and procedures. ü Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. ü Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are met. ü Prepare patients for surgeries or other procedures. ü Offer emotional support to patients and their families. ü Respond to medical emergencies and perform first aid if necessary. ü Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. ü Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor health conditions. Assist doctors during treatments and educate patients on health practices. Maintain accurate records and ensure a comfortable environment for recovery. Qualifications: GNM / Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing or equivalent. Valid registration with the State Nursing Council. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (freshers may be considered for junior roles). Skills Required: Ø Excellent clinical and observation skills. Ø Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ø Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ø Ability to remain calm under pressure and during emergencies. Ø Willingness to work in shifts (including rotational shifts and weekends).
