Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, the role involves onboarding new hires, maintaining recruitment reports, and staying updated with industry trends to attract top talent.

Requirements:- 0-3 Year exprence

Any Graduade.

• familer in sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms
• Strong skills in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' competencies
• Experience in coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, industry trends, and employer branding
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus
