Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms
• Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events
• Help in preparing recruitment reports and tracking hiring metrics
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm new recruitment strategies

Who You Are:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
