Job Title: HR Consultant Location: Indore We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Recruitment professional who can take the lead in managing recruitment processes for multiple clients, from sourcing to onboarding. You should have proven experience in candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibility :- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer negotiation. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions. Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards, networking, social media, and other tools to source, screen, and shortlist candidates. Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person). Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer & Onboarding: Assist with the final offer, salary negotiation, and ensure smooth onboarding. Recruitment Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and KPIs. Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future roles. Requirement:- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or staffing agency. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation).
