HR Recruiter IT & Non-IT

Faridabad (Onsite-Work from office)

Role Summary

Were looking for an HR Recruiter with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closures while partnering with business leads to deliver a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Common (IT & Non-IT)

  • Own full-cycle recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation, offer release, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Job Boards, ATS, referrals, social media, and talent communities.
  • Conduct telephonic/video screening, evaluate fit (skills, experience, compensation, notice period).
  • Schedule and manage interviews with panel members; track outcomes and follow-ups.
  • Maintain pipeline, dashboards, and recruitment reports; drive process compliance.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for documentation, background checks, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and market availability.
  • Maintain and improve hiring TAT, quality-of-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.

IT Recruitment (Specialized)

  • Hire for roles such as Software Engineer (Java/.NET/Node/React), QA/Automation, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Engineer/Analyst, Product Support, IT Helpdesk.
  • Assess technical skills via screening questions, coding assessments (where applicable), and coordinate technical rounds.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks, SDLC, Agile fundamentals, and common developer toolchains.
  • Manage niche hiring: lateral & early-career tech talent, campus hiring (if applicable).

Non-IT Recruitment (Specialized)

  • Hire across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance/Accounts, Customer Support, Administration, Procurement, Technical Documentation, kpi analyst.
  • Evaluate role-specific competencies: targets & performance, communication, stakeholder management, domain fit.
  • Coordinate case studies/role plays and functional assessments when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR/Business or related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
  • Excellent sourcing and Boolean search skills on LinkedIn/Naukri/Indeed.
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven approach: comfort with hiring metrics, reports, and dashboards.
