Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Migration Manager (m/f/d) for our Shared Service Center to join our team. Location : Faridabad Designation : Manager Your Responsibilities: Migration Project Management: Take responsibility for the planning, management, and execution of migrations within the Shared Services domain to ensure the smooth integration of new processes and systems. Coordination and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the migration is completed on time and without issues. Communicate with the involved departments and external partners. Process Optimization: Ensure that all migrated processes are efficient and designed according to the latest best practices. Resource Management: Oversee and allocate resources throughout the entire migration process. Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues that may arise during the migration process. Training and Change Management: Conduct training sessions for employees regarding new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure comprehensive documentation of the entire migration process and provide regular reports to management. Your Profile: Experience: Several years of experience in project management, ideally in migrating Shared Services or integrating systems and processes. Technical Skills: Experience with migration tools and techniques, as well as strong knowledge in process optimization and automation. Communication Skills: Strong communication and facilitation skills to manage and engage stakeholders throughout the migration process. Team Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various departments. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and address risks early on. Education: A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
