Role & responsibilities : Responsible for overall achievement of the defined Sales Target from the assigned customer base and consistent YoY Growth. Action plan to fulfil the budget vis--vis Gap analysis. Ensure for optimum usage of Forecast Management to build up Funnel for the defined Sales. Ensure overall and customer wise healthy order booking and pro-active actions. Customer and Point of Sale mapping under RH guidance for new accounts. Price realization from assigned customer base. Share and replicate areas of success. Responsible for executing campaign, product launch & special schemes in their respective customer base. Lead generation, qualification, follow ups & closure. Rate contract and changes thereof, project/special pricing and sales terms and conditions. Strategic business / Project management and Coordination with respective BDH/BU & Business area. Customer feedback, survey and action along with handling the sales Team Responsible for Components, connectors business for respective region. Preferred candidate profile : Min Industry Experience: 8 years Teamwork skills Strategic & Solution-oriented approach. Persuasion, Negotiation and closing skills Good Communication and facilitation Skills Ability & willingness to meet the deadlines and defined goals Planning and execution skills Assertive & goal oriented Integrity Analytical Abilities & Creativity
