Azure Migration Specialist - The Azure Migration Specialist will lead end-to-end migration of workloads, applications, and databases from on-premises or other cloud platforms to Azure. Responsibilities include performing readiness assessments, designing target architectures, and executing migrations using Azure Migrate, ASR, and Database Migration Service. The specialist will plan cutovers to minimize downtime, configure hybrid connectivity (VPN/ExpressRoute), and validate security, compliance, and performance post-migration. Proficiency in rehosting, refactoring, and replatforming approaches, as well as storage and networking optimization in Azure, is required. Experience with Active Directory synchronization, cost estimation, and governance automation via Azure Policy and Blueprints will be a strong advantage.
