As a Cloud Support Management Engineer in our Network Security, Technology Risk, and Information Security team based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in managing technical support functions within hybrid cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing, managing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to ensure robust security, compliance, and efficient incident response. You will be responsible for managing the operation and support of cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. This includes tasks such as provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of cloud services and resources. You will also be expected to respond to infrastructure incidents and security alerts, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. In addition, you will drive continuous improvement efforts in cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and cost optimization. This involves coordinating day-to-day operations related to cloud infrastructure support, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues while maintaining high service quality and adherence to SLAs. Furthermore, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration between infrastructure, DevOps, cloud security, compliance, and software engineering teams. Building playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be crucial to enhancing team efficiency and knowledge sharing. Your expertise in leveraging Terraform for defining, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure securely and efficiently will be essential.
